David LeClair, President and CEO
With extensive professional experience in the field of waste management and related services, Mr. LeClair is a great visionary and leader, and has a strong track record of building nationally-recognized teams in the organizations he has served. In 2002 Mr. LeClair purchased Pete’s Rubbish Removal in Haverhill, New Hampshire, tripling the size of this business over his first three years as President and Owner. He still owns Pete’s Rubbish Removal, which is now the largest waste hauler in the market it serves. Mr. LeClair also served as Division Sales Manager for Waste Connections of Texas located in Houston, Texas and was the Colorado Division Sales Manager for Waste Connections of Colorado, located in Denver. He has been extremely successful in four major US hauling markets, including Chicago, Denver, Houston and New England. Mr. LeClair attended Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida, and Plymouth State University in Plymouth, New Hampshire.
Jeremy King, COO
Jeremy King has over 20 years of experience in the environmental and solid waste industry. Mr. King has worked in both the private and corporate sector specializing in construction, permitting, environmental compliance, and management of solid waste, special waste, E&P disposal facilities, recycling, collection and transportation operations, and SWD management. Mr. King's vast experience in environmental and solid waste includes markets in Colorado, Texas, California, New Mexico, and Arizona.

Stephen Riniker, CFO
Stephen Riniker has extensive financial management experience with over 20 years in the financial services industry. Before joining PSA Waste, Inc. he worked for Wells Fargo and their predecessor banks in Palm Beach County, Florida. There he held the positions of Vice President and Private Banker, working with ultra-high net worth individuals and families to provide deposit, complex credit, mortgage, investment, and estate planning services. Prior to his position with Wells Fargo, Mr. Riniker served as an Account Executive and Market Developer for Illinois Recycling Services in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Riniker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business with a Minor in Spanish from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and an Associate of Arts degree from the College of DuPage. He maintains a license in health and life insurance and variable annuities and formerly held Series 6, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Mr. Riniker also holds a Florida real estate license and is fluent in Spanish.
